Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation policies
Some appointments may have a deposit required before confirmation.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
You can cancel your appointment by text (preferably) or by phone call/phone message
Please DO NOT send an email to cancel your appointment. Unless you receive confirmation that your appointment has been canceled, it is still scheduled, and you are still responsible for fees associated with the cancellation policy as follows:
